NYC Retreats w/ Cool Peeps

A few days away with a small group of good people. Healthy food, yoga, nature, sun, sometimes surfing, sometimes a hot tub in Vermont. Work hard, chill hard.

What it is

The best conversations happen outside the city.

We figured out pretty quick that the best conversations happen when you get out of the city for a couple days. So we started taking Satori on the road.

Small groups. Good energy. Flexible schedule. A well-picked crew, a nice place, and enough time for the good stuff to come out.

Close to home. Weekend trips a couple hours from the city. Upstate, Vermont, the Catskills. Hikes, home-cooked meals, a hot tub if we’re lucky, leaves if it’s fall. Leave Friday, back Sunday, no PTO required.

Further out. Five or six nights somewhere with sun. Puerto Rico is the current obsession. Surf in the morning if you want, yoga, healthy food cooked by someone who knows what they’re doing, focused work blocks for people who need them, and long evenings with great humans.

A typical day

Loosely.

Morning

Move your body. Surf, yoga, hike, run, whatever the spot calls for.

Midday

Eat well, work if you need to, nap if you don’t.

Afternoon

Adventure. Waterfall, beach, trail, town.

Evening

Long dinner, long conversations, early-ish bed. We’re ambitious, not nocturnal.

Up next. Vermont (Killington), Oct 10 to 12. Puerto Rico, dates TBD, 5 nights, 6 to 10 people.

Who it's for

Reset without going fully off the grid.

Ambitious people who want to reset without going fully off the grid. You’ve got things going on, you might need to take a call, and you’d still like to spend a few days outside with people who care about growth and rest in equal measure.

Groups are small and hand-picked so the vibe stays right. Come to a few hangs first, get to know the crew, and you’ll get the invite.
